Project Outlines:

The Goatse Project is a research project among myself and a number of peers to try our hand at mass social engineering.
We are of the opinion that the image, Hello.jpg, located on the server http://goatse.cx, happens to be a mind-enriching experience for those who have been introduced to it.
Honestly, though, we just think it'd be really funny to both:
-Anonymously attempt to make as many people as possible view said image
-Actually see the results of our small efforts come back to us.

Project Proposal:

Too all who wish to participate, anonymously, in The Goatse Project, you will simply need a pen, and any amount of paper currency you're willing to donate to the cause.
The plan of action being that we attempt to have as many interested parties as possible write a clear and legible, "www.goatse.cx", on every paper bill they have access to.
Upon marking these bills, we urge you to spend them quickly, as to put them into circulation among the general populace.
Then you can happily sit back and relax, you've just done someone a favor. Maybe us, maybe the anarchists of the world, maybe the guy who gets the bill will find it attractive, who knows.

Project Errata:

Pending changes, we plan to begin flooding the economy with Goatse Bills on January 1, 2003. We hope to have received back as change at least one Goatse Bill within the year - January 1, 2004.

The Project has shut down in respect for the loss of our beloved anus. Goatse.cx is no more, the anus is dead, long live the anus.
